Our Serenity Island Picnics (on Zoom) are opportunities to meet, share, and explore together. Each session begins with a short soundscape, followed by a reflective journaling prompt and space to discuss your experiences on the island and ask questions.
The next voyage is a block of six weekly sessions across January and February.
